綠圖有幸榮膺水保局2006年「促進民間參與公共建設專案計畫委託總顧問服務委託專業服務」服務供應商，為有效推廣促參法與相關子法及專案進行，綠圖特規劃一全方面之單日五單元促參教育訓練，於20060329於行政院農委會水土保持局舉辦促參教育訓練。
該 訓練課程包含工程，法律，財務，實務案例分享，由五位講師就各自專才與經驗進行講演，經水保局施主任祕書引詞，由綠圖土木法律跨領域專才技師張渝江主持， 財經教授林銘昌博士，工學教授熊彬成博士，律師楊永吉先生，森林事業PPP風雲人物林務局組長林澔貞小姐與國內素享PPP盛名之太乙顧問趙惠美小姐主講。
課程進行一天五節對學員而言是辛苦的安排，但全面而完整的課程令學員自六個工程所包含花蓮台東之同仁滿載而歸。
綠圖期待本次教育訓練得以讓國內農業體系之促參專案得以受益，亦得以讓本團隊為國內之建設與開發盡一份心力。
ChartGreen is honored to be awarded SWCB 2006 PPP project contract. For facilitating PPP projects in SWCB in Taiwan, ChartGreen arranged a 5 unit course in one day for the training course for SWCB.
The course is composed of Legal, Engineering, Finance, and practical projects sharing. The scopes are instructed by 5 experts.
The course is managed by Peter YJ Chang who has double expertise in engineering and legal. 5 units in course are represented by Financial Professor Ming Cian Lin, Engineering Professor Benson Chung, Lawyer Roy Yang and the famous expert in forest PPP projects Mrs. Hau-Jen Lin, and well reputed Mrs. Huei-Mei Chau in Tai-Yi consult.
The one day course with 6 different units for delegates in this program is tough, but different members from even Hua-Liang, Tai-Dong(in east Taiwan) have rich experience with it.
ChartGreen looks forward to have the agricultural system in Taiwan would be benefited by this course and devote her tiny contribution to PPP in Taiwan.
