合約管理、PCM(Professional construction management)
傳統工程專案進行以設計監造勞務合約先導，後隨以工程合約，設計與施作不同單位進行。
依政府採購法第24條第2項，「前項所稱統包，指將工程或財物採購中之設計與施工、供應、安裝或一定期間之維修等併於同一採購契約辦理招標。」
PCM (Professional Construction Management) 為業主(定作人)，統包商(承攬人)之二元關係中協助代表業主遂行其目的之專業顧問的一方，管理整個統包專案，PCM在統包愈見習常的國內市場益發常見。
PCM之執行為一藝術。同時需具備工程，合約，專案管理，成本概念，方得以完整為客戶進行統包合約的管理，同時PCM之進退與立場亦須拿捏得當，PCM以其專業立場但遇財力與合約金額不對稱之統包商時有堅守專業立場的困難，但這也是綠圖之所以較不同於部份供應商之原因。
耐震評估、鑑定
台灣位於環太平洋地震帶，建築物之耐震能力在921之前於震區之劃分與地震地表加速度皆有應予調整之處，於1999年後進行之建物耐震評估、鑑定工作，為一專業且基於保障人民生命財產之工作。
綠圖於建物耐震評估、鑑定，以其成員經歷過重大工程之經驗與結構力學及對電腦軟體之應用，致力於耐震評估之工作。
促進民間參與公共建設 PPP - BOT BOO OT ROT
近年來，藉由民間投資興建公共建設，引進企業經營理念以改善公共服務品質，已成為國際趨勢。而國內為減緩政府財政負擔，擴大公共建設投資以提振景氣，政府 已將引進民間參與公共建設列為重要施政方向。因此，無論是現階段進行中之公共建設，抑或是「挑戰2008-國家重點發展計劃」規劃之創新及知識型產業發展 與軟硬體基礎建設，皆優先朝民間參與方式辦理。
為健全國內民間參與公共建設投資環境，「促進民間參與公共建設法」(以下簡稱促參法)已於八十九年二月九日經 總統公布施行，擴大民間參與公共建設範圍包括以公益性為主之社會勞工設施，及商業性強之重大商業設施等十四項二十類公共建設，放寬以往土地、籌資等法令限 制，提供融資優惠、租稅減免等諸多誘因，並合理規範政府與民間機構間投資契約之權利義務，明確訂定主辦機關甄審與監督程序。「促參法」的立法與推動充分展 現政府再造的創新精神，摒除傳統政府興辦公共建設可能遭致「與民爭利」的質疑，從「為民興利」的角度，開放民間共同參與開發國家資源。 期盼各界瞭解民間參與公共建設之精義，從中發掘商機，共創政府、民間及企業之三贏。水保局相關促參案包括農林業育樂設施、森林遊樂區、休閒農業區或休閒農 場等項目，擬透過本專案計畫委託總顧問服務與經驗合格之廠商或團體，依「促參法」進行接受民間機構之申請或由政府機關之辦理公開徵求合適之促參計畫案，審 查會辦理、審評評選、計畫廣宣手冊、計畫成果彙編等工作，以推動促進民間參與公共投資專案計畫進行，進而提升公共服務水準，加速社會經濟發展。

Contract Management、PCM(Professional construction management)
Traditional Engineering projects are carried out by starting with design and supervision contracts, followed by construction contracts, while designing and construction are performed by separate companies.
According to the Government Procurement Act, article 24, clause 2, “the turnkey projects mentioned above means to combine the design of engineering or asset purchasing with construction, supply, installation or periodical maintenance in one project to tender.
The PCM (Professional Construction Management) is the representative of the employer in achieving his objective with the contractor. He manages the entire turnkey project. PCM projects are more frequently be used today in Taiwan.
The executing of PCM is an art. It takes general knowledge in engineering, contract administration, project management, and cost control before one can undertake the task of turnkey project management for his client. What’s more, the sense of propriety and position is also important.
Seismic evaluation and accreditation
Taiwan is situated on the Circum-Pacific seismic Zone. Seismic endurability of buildings should be adjusted after the 921 earthquake. The process of seismic evaluation and accreditation is a professional job base on the foundation of protecting people’s properties.

Build-Operate Transfer PPP - BOT BOO OT ROT
In recent years, introducing corporate managing ideas to improve public service qualities through civil investments on infrastructure has become an international trend. To relief itself of financial burdens, expand infrastructural investments to revive prosperity, the government has introduced PPP (Private-Public Partnership) as an important method of administration policy.
To create a proper environment for BOT, the “Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects” (PPP ACTPPP Act) has been passed by the president on February 9, 2000. It expands the range of BOT, which includes some 14 items and more than 20 types of commonwealth based facilities, and commercial facilities, while loosening limits and providing tax cuts and more. Also, it executes the obligations created between the government and non-governmental corporations, clearly listing the procedures of inspection and supervision. The establishing of PPP ACT fully reveals the government’s determination for revival, replacing traditional procedures, which may cause controversy as contesting for profit against the people, with private participation to exploit national resources. It is hoped that the essence of PPP is understood, and through creating opportunities, the government, the public and the corporate world all have something to gain from. The Soil and Water Conservation Bureau (SWCB) uses BOT in agricultural and forestry amusement facilities, forest amusement parks and farming resorts. Through PPP ACT, open application for non-governmental organizations is accepted, evaluations are carried out, advertisement pamphlets are planned…etc, to give impetus to the carrying out of BOT, raise public service standards, and increase economic development.
