北部四個工業區管理中心計瑞芳兼大武崙，五股，樹林，土城統合在本案中。每年的道路維護與新建皆以設計監造進行，實可考慮以統包進行，本案即為一適例。
綠圖受命由工業局北區工業區管理處委任進行本案設計監造，深感榮幸。
