永平中學為一完全中學，位於永和市，臨近公園與鬧區。永平中學校內戶外游泳池因利用率僅及每年之暑季，同時鑑於硬體資源之釋放以應學生數量之變化，因而推動此一專案。綠圖再次與大豐及台灣營建研究院合作成功取得此一合約。
Yong Ping high school locates in Yong Ho city, Taipei county. The swimming pool in it is limited to be used during summer. In order to expand the usage and excite the resource, she decided to promote this PFI contract - ROT. ChartGreen, Da-fong and TCRI jointly awarded this contract.
